Last weekend, a very lucky group of photographers gathered at our zimmerman studio for whitney bower's workshop. for those who attended, the day was a dream that exceeded their expectations. to make it even more special, jessica (the founder of zimmerman inspiration series) invited the brilliant husband + wife team of kb mcelmurry photography, to capture the process and we couldn't be more thrilled to share it with you today.

it was a dream to have whitney bower teach the second workshop of our zimmerman inspiration series. i have always admired her work, but my respect for her grew when i saw how willing she was to share her craft with others. my vision for the series, in addition to having kind + talented teachers, is to create a beautiful environment for the attendees to learn. from the classroom details to the foraged tablescape where beautiful boxed lunches were enjoyed, i wanted the setting to rise up to meet the content of the workshop.
